Thursday morning Franklin Mayor Steve Olson will present the State of the City Address at the Polish Community Center in Franklin. Steve Bobowski will moderate the event where Olson will discuss his thoughts on Franklin’s successes and challenges, and his vision for 2022 and how the business community can help make an impact. Part of Olson’s presentation will focus on how property taxes work along with the city’s performance, an area some of this election cycle’s candidates are totally in the dark about.
ONE of the many items to get attention will be the development of Saputo Cheese that’s on track and scheduled for opening sometime in the summer of 2023. Groundbreaking coming soon. Saputo Cheese project details: $60m construction, 310,000 sq ft and 650 jobs.

That’s why it’s imperative like- minded candidates be elected on April 5th.
