Kelly Hersh.
Whom I’ve dubbed “Mrs. Congeniality” for consistently using her shrill voice in many past Franklin Common Council meetings to rudely attack then-Mayor Steve Olson. Hersh’s other claim to fame is that she has sued the city of Franklin, the city she now is poised to work for at a pretty nice gig. SUCKERS!
Her reward is the appointment by Olson’s opponent John Nelson to essentially be vice – mayor despite having zero qualifications.
At a salary of $124,000.
Reliable word has it that the sweet and kind Hersh says she can’t work in the office of the Dept. of Administration. Why not? The office has no window. So she may have to set up shop somewhere else in City Hall if she takes the job (she will, are you kidding me?).
We now can add the following to her Mrs. Congeniality and No Experience titles: “Demanding” and “Prima Donna.”

The solution is obvious. Since Mayor Johnny is only a part time Mayor, he can switch offices with Kelly.
