This is the kind of story that unfortunately never makes the local 10:00 TV news, but it deserves recognition.
During Sunday’s Trick or Treat in Franklin two youngsters came to the door of a local resident who had a heartwarming experience and shared it on the FRANKLIN AREA COMMUNITY PAGE:
“If your kids are Trick-or-Treating in Mission Hills dressed as Chips & Salsa, cudos (sp) to you for raising wonderful kids. I just asked a bunch of kids to ‘please take one because I’m running low on candy,’ and Chips & Salsa each put candy from their own bags into my candy bowl.”

The kids are Carter and Brynn Lewis.
We seem to only hear about bad or troubled kids. With a simple act the Lewis youngsters have helped restore faith in the future of our country.
Outstanding, guys!
A similar gesture is grabbing international attention.

This is so sweet and amazing! I am blessed enough to know these children and I am so proud of them, but not surprised! They both have BIG hearts!
