Soon the Franklin school district will award a lucrative contract to a new school superintendent. Like many other school districts Franklin is top heavy when it comes to administrators. That’s why a petition sent to me by a parent is a kick in the face if true.

Seems FPS wants to get rid of some music faculty. I’m not sure. Does the new school district administrator play an instrument? In addition to signing big fat checks can he/she teach choir?
