Marty Schreiber: “The last man you would have expected to wind up lonely”

When a loved one suffers from a life-sapping illness, often times the affliction is more difficult on the caregiver.

Marty Schreiber is a hero. The former WI governor lost his wife Elaine Ruth Schreiber Monday who died after an 18-year fight with Alzheimer’s Disease. Through it all Marty Schreiber was a valiant, courageous, loving husband.
