Marcelino Rivera desperately wants to become a Franklin alderman.

He seeks to represent Franklin that he initiated a lawsuit against, costing the city a ton in potential property tax revenue. I’ll admit that’s the kind of warped thinking I don’t understand.

Rivera purports in his campaign material that “COMMUNITY COMES FIRST.”

Oh really? Then why is the owner of a website design outfit in Queens, NY crafting Rivera’s election stuff and promoting on his Axions Design Facebook page?

I guess Rivera couldn’t find any qualified graphic artists in the ‘COMMUNITY.” That would be Franklin or SE WI.

Why the need to go to Queens to get graphics done for you and then have the NY guy post for you? WTH is that?

But he wants to be a Franklin district alderman. Please.
