THE WEEKEND DOG-WALKING FORECAST: We grade the weather outlook for taking your pet outdoors.

TODAY:  WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 6 AM SUNDAY in Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha Counties. Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 9 inches, highest near the lake. North winds gusting 25 to 35 mph, highest near the lake. Travel will become very difficult. Heavy snow and blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility.

Cloudy with some snow showers this morning. A steady snow likely this afternoon. High of 26.  “F”

SUNDAY:  Some clouds in the morning will give way to mainly sunny skies for the afternoon. High of 17. “F”
