THERE ARE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF FOOD BLOGS, BUT ONLY ONE CULINARY NO-NO!

Here are ingredients from a food company for a new recipe take on a Christmas classic. See if you can figure it out.
Let’s start with some maple syrup.
Now toss in some ginger juice.
Add heavy whipping cream.
Pasteurized egg white.
Rosemary.
Cinnamon.
Nutmeg.
Have you got it?
If you guessed eggnog, congratulations.
But we’re not done.
Now we need some mezcal, defined as any agave-based liquor, including tequila.
And now for the unusual.
Be serious. Would you even think of, as celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse used to say, “kicking it up a notch” by throwing in ranch seasoning?
That weird idea is being pushed by, no surprise, Hidden Valley Ranch. They call the concoction RanchNog.
It’s just goofy and wrong.
Hidden Valley sold online kits to their recipe. They sold out so a lot of people were willing to try these crap.
Go figure.
Some who’ve tried it claim there’s not all that much ranch in there. But it’s still…in there.
Why?
Why?
Why must we muck up a Christmas tradition?
I thought of posting the recipe.
No no.
CULINARY NO-NO BONUSES
These are back.
There are some wonderful iconic Christmas foods in the USA. The absolute worst? Try Minnesota.
Of course. Millennials. Not surprised.
