11) At the end of President Joe Biden’s news conference on Wednesday, June 16, which came at the end of his summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin,  CNN’s Kaitland Collins pressed Biden on why he is confident Putin will change his behavior. “I’m not confident he’ll change his behavior. Where the hell — what do you do all the time? When did I say I was confident?” Biden asked, walking back toward reporters. He continued: “What I said was — let’s get it straight — I said, ‘What will change their behavior is if the rest of the world reacts to them and it diminishes their standing in the world.’ I’m not confident of anything. I’m just stating a fact.” Biden later apologized to Collins before boarding Air Force One. “I owe my last questioner an apology.
