Marsy’s Law one year later

In April of 2020, WI voters approved Marsy’s Law in a statewide constitutional referendum. The la makes the rights of alleged crime victims just as strong as those of the accused. Protections for defendants as well as others included in the Wisconsin Constitution still apply.

Not even close.

YES VOTES: 1,107,067

NO VOTES: 371,013

75% voted YES.
