Casper Green is a legend in the city of Franklin thanks to his dedication and commitment to the elderly.

In 2007 Green was inducted into the Milwaukee County Senior Citizen Hall of Fame. Today, he receives additional well-deserved honors.

At tonight’s meeting of the Franklin Council Green will be presented a special proclamation from Mayor Steve Olson and Common Council President Mark Dandrea.
