Franklin administration compares with sport teams that have a record of ending up mostly at the bottom of the heap. Teams that garner the cream-of-the-crop athletes always seem to end up on the top or nearly so. Is it the size of the city or it’s level of education status that can’t produce a good selection of meritorious leadership in the mayoral and common council positions?
The blog is about a website promoting the city. Franklin now has one. But it has a lot of work to do. The first major item is the bungled DNC in Milwaukee? Gimme a break.
