The lockdown is essentially still on

Community Letter from the City of Franklin Director of Health & Human Services/Health Officer – May 14, 2020:

On Wednesday, May 13, 2020, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ended the Safer at Home Order issued by DHS Secretary Designee Andrea Palm and Governor Tony Evers.  Due to the continued burden of disease spread within the southeast region of Wisconsin, the 10 Suburban Public Health Officers representing 18 communities within Milwaukee County have issued a temporary order effective immediately following the end of Safer at Home through midnight on May 21, 2020.

The order continues the process of reopening businesses and recreational opportunities within our community.  While we recognize no path forward will be perfect for everyone, our goals are the same as yours, to reopen Franklin as quickly and safely as possible.  Continued – Read Complete Community Letter.
