ONLINE REQUEST FOR POLICE SERVICES – NON-EMERGENCY INCIDENTS

As a result of the State of Emergency due to the COVID-19 Virus, and to maintain social distancing, the City of Franklin Police Department has established a new method to report NON-EMERGENCY incidents to the police department.  During this period, and effective immediately, citizens experiencing the need to report NON-EMERGENCY incidents to the police department will be asked to fill out an Online Request for Police Services form.

To complete an Online Request for Police Services form, simply click on the attached link.

OR go to “Resources” on the City of Franklin website main page, look for “Online Forms,” then look for the Online Request for Police Services form.

OR go to Police Department home page on the City of Franklin website.

Once the form is submitted, an officer will contact the citizen via telephone to gather information for a follow up investigation, if necessary.

Here’s the form.
