ONLINE REQUEST FOR POLICE SERVICES – NON-EMERGENCY INCIDENTS
As a result of the State of Emergency due to the COVID-19 Virus, and to maintain social distancing, the City of Franklin Police Department has established a new method to report NON-EMERGENCY incidents to the police department. During this period, and effective immediately, citizens experiencing the need to report NON-EMERGENCY incidents to the police department will be asked to fill out an Online Request for Police Services form.

Once the form is submitted, an officer will contact the citizen via telephone to gather information for a follow up investigation, if necessary.
