Once again this week we are suspending our usual format to provide important related information about the coronavirus.

Let’s start with what I believe is the worst Culinary no-no of 2020 thus far.

Hard to believe that some people actually doubt or refuse to admit the coronavirus originated in China. This is real easy. It did.

A regular reader asked me if the so-called wet markets in China played a role. This is real easy. They played a major role.

The word disgusting doesn’t come close to what the Chinese have done.
