  1. I don’t agree with the opening statement.

    Franklin has all it needs to satisfy what was mentioned. If there is something special needed, it is close enough to drive to.
    I believe most Franklin resident want to live in a neighborhood – type of environment without big developments scattered about the city which is a distinguishing blunder of Franklin’s planning.
