One more time, Kayla’s Playground in Franklin and many just like it are terrific!

At the ribbon cutting of Kayla’s Playground, thanks to Shelley Runte and Franklin Mayor Steve Olson, I was fortunate to emcee the glorious event.

Before and since then I have blogged extensively about this project, and how significant it has been for Franklin.

Hard to believe anyone would be against it (but there were including elected officials, one who just got re-elected, and private citizens), but we won’t go there this time.

There need to be more playgrounds like Kayla’s, and in Wisconsin we’re blessed to have many.

ICYMI, Amy Schwabe wrote a great article about them.
