In last week’s elections, referendums in Wisconsin asking to do away with the so-called “dark store loophole” passed, predictably and easily.
Many local officials have lobbied for the state Legislature to take action against that loophole. I don’t agree and have blogged extensively on the issue. Those local officials have not been totally honest.
