Why not use Survey Monkey or another free on-line survey?

We want to make the survey is [ sic ] accessible to all residents. In addition to providing the online participation opportunity, a paper version is also mailed giving residents a chance to respond in writing and mail their response back.

Some folks I know who live in Franklin told me they never got the survey and they’ve been living (and voting) here for years.

I sent them info about how to access the survey.

Makes me wonder how many others didn’t get it and thus, are totally unaware in the middle of summer that this is going on.

Also makes me wonder how truly accurate the survey findings will be.
