Public-financed schools of higher learning have decided that in order to entice kids to enroll, you’ve got to have a water park.

James Koch, a former president of the University of Montana and Old Dominion University, writes in the NY Times:

The latest trend is lazy rivers, which have been installed at several big institutions…At a time when college has never been more expensive, this is the last thing students should be paying for.
