Franklin Alderman/Woman/Person/Local Officeholder was sworn into office Tuesday. She got a whopping 97% of the vote in the April election.
Of course that’s because Wilhelm ran unopposed, meaning she didn’t run against anyone…or anything.
ICYMI, Wilhelm has furnished a picture of her taking the oath of office (SUCKERS!) at Franklin City Hall.
Again, ICYMI like I did because you had a gazillion more important things to do, here’s how the oath went down:
I, Kristen Wilhelm, swear that I will support the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the state of Wisconsin, unless of course it’s that pesky 1st Amendment one allowing people to write and speak out about my many errors, ill-conceived votes, hissy fits, whining and complaining, never-ending questioning at meetings, missing meetings, and put downs of city staff, and I also swear that I will continue to collaborate and work with other anti-Franklin growth members of the Common Council to obstruct in any way possible the pro-growth agenda of Mayor Steve Olson because, you know, we don’t like him, and if anyone finds fault with me I will harass them to try to get them to stop, and I also swear that I refuse to be impartial and will only listen to and represent the many constituents I have fooled and hornswoggled that I like, and to the best of my ability I will maintain an arrogant attitude that I am always right and those who disagree with me are always wrong, so help me, oh yeh, God.
We are so blessed in Franklin.
