Today’s highly interesting read (02/01/17): Military uniforms and good government

Today’s read is from state Representative Dale Kooyenga, who’s also a member of the Army Reserves.

Drill Sergeant Henry eyeballed me, “Come on college boy, didn’t they teach you anything about the American flag in all your education?” I responded, “No, drill sergeant, I was not taught why the flag flies backward on the U.S. Army uniform.”

Kooyenga makes the connection between how the flag flies and good government here.
